Terms & Conditions

• "OrderOK", "we", "us", "our" means the company operating the OrderOK Services.
• "Customer", "you", "your" means the individual or business entity using the Services.
• "Account" means the registered account created to access the Services.
• "Subscription" means a paid plan for access to the Services.
• "Addons" refers to optional paid modules such as Inventory, Kitchens, and Cash Register.
• "Restaurant Data" means data entered into the platform including orders, menu, payments, inventory, and reports.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use OrderOK.
• When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

OrderOK provides restaurant management software that may include (depending on your plan):

• POS and billing
• Menu, categories, modifiers
• Tables, areas, QR codes
• Orders (dine-in, takeaway, delivery)
• Staff roles & permissions
• Customer management
• Payments and due payments
• Expenses and expense categories
• Business reports and tax reporting
• Addons: Cash Register, Inventory, Kitchens

We may update, improve, or modify Services from time to time.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing may depend on:

• Number of outlets
• Devices/terminals
• Selected plan
• Addons enabled

You agree to pay all fees as per your agreed plan and billing cycle.

If payment is overdue, we may suspend or restrict access to the Services until payment is received.

• If a free trial is offered, it is limited-time and may require account registration.
• We may modify or cancel trials at any time without notice.

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful business purposes
• Maintain accurate Restaurant Data
• Ensure staff use the system responsibly
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform

You are responsible for ensuring that any customer data you collect (e.g., phone numbers) is collected lawfully and with appropriate consent.

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell OrderOK
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Use OrderOK for illegal activities
• Use automated tools to scrape, damage, or overload the system
• Infringe intellectual property rights of OrderOK or others

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

OrderOK, including its software, branding, design, content, and trademarks, are owned by us and protected by applicable laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription period.

You own your Restaurant Data. OrderOK may process your data to deliver the Services.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

OrderOK may integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, analytics, messaging providers, delivery platforms, etc.).

We are not responsible for third-party services, their downtime, or their privacy practices.

We aim to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in downtime.

OrderOK will not be liable for losses due to service interruptions beyond reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate access:

• If you violate these Terms
• If payments remain overdue
• If we suspect fraudulent or harmful activity

You may cancel your subscription as per the agreed terms. Upon termination, access to the Services may be restricted.

Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• Partial periods are not prorated
• Addon fees follow the same policy

If your plan includes a refund policy, it will be specified in your pricing agreement.

OrderOK is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• OrderOK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• OrderOK's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to OrderOK in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim

This includes (but is not limited to) loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold OrderOK harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any data you input into OrderOK
• Any legal claims related to your business operations

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, India.
